Refunds

This page contains Macquarie Ice Rink refund policies for our varies activities which follows our standard Term and Conditions with specifics as follows below

General Entry

Refunds for General Entry requires a Proof of Purchase receipt and the refund must go back to the same method of payment (card payments must go back on the same card)

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind

Birthday Party

Cancellations more than 20 days prior to the Birthday Party date will receive a 50% refund of the Deposit amount

Cancellations within 20 days or less of the Birthday Party date, no refunds will be given   

Cancellation due to the absence of the Birthday Child:

• More than 24 hours notice, a full refund can be requested with a Medical Certificate

• Less than 24 hours notice, a refund will not be provided

In the case the ice rink can not run the party a full refund will be provided
